Built in 1958, Tokyo Tower stands 333 meters tall. Two observation decks offer panoramic views. Night illumination changes seasonally.

Getting There
From Narita Airport (NRT)
Recommended (Mid-range): Take the 🟠 Keisei Access Express from Terminal 1 or 2. Look for trains bound for Haneda Airport, which provide through service via the 🩷 Toei Asakusa Line to Daimon Station in approximately 75 minutes. From Daimon, it is approximately a 10-minute walk. Terminal 3 users should take the shuttle bus to Terminal 2 first. Premium: Take the 🔵 Keisei Skyliner to Ueno Station, then transfer to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line to Kamiyacho Station (approximately 60–70 minutes total).
From Haneda Airport (HND)
Recommended (Mid-range): Take the 🔵 Tokyo Monorail from any terminal (T1, T2, T3) to Hamamatsucho Station in approximately 20 minutes. From there, the tower is an approximate 15-minute walk. Alternative: The 🔴 Keikyu Line connects to Daimon Station via the 🩷 Toei Asakusa Line in approximately 30 minutes.
From Major Stations
- From Shinjuku Station: Take the 🟣 Toei Oedo Line directly to Akabanebashi Station (approximately 15 minutes).
- From Tokyo Station: Take the 🟢 JR Yamanote Line or Keihin-Tohoku Line to Hamamatsucho Station (approximately 6 minutes).
- From Shibuya Station: Take the 🟢 JR Yamanote Line to Hamamatsucho Station (approximately 18 minutes).
Local Access
The closest station is Akabanebashi (🟣 Toei Oedo Line), located approximately a 5-minute walk from the entrance. Kamiyacho Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line) is approximately a 7-minute walk away, while Hamamatsucho Station (JR Lines/Monorail) is approximately a 15-minute walk. IC cards (Suica, PASMO) are accepted on all trains and subways in the area.
