Getting There
Arriving in Osaka
From Kansai International Airport (KIX): Recommended (Premium): Take the 🔵 JR Haruka Limited Express from Terminal 1 to Tennoji (approximately 35 minutes) or Shin-Osaka (approximately 50 minutes). This train often features Hello Kitty branding, making it a popular choice for children. Mid-range: The 🔵 Nankai Rapi:t connects Terminal 1 to Namba Station in approximately 35–40 minutes. From Osaka Itami Airport (ITM): Recommended (Mid-range): The Airport Limousine Bus is the most convenient option for families, reaching Osaka Station in approximately 30 minutes without transfers. Alternatively, the Osaka Monorail connects to the rail network for access to other parts of the city.
From Tokyo: Take the Tokaido Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka Station in approximately 2.5 hours. From there, transfer to the 🟠 Osaka Metro Midosuji Line or JR lines to reach the city center.
